Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. Colors will appear differently on different material depending on the absorbency of the material. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
Color consistency may also occur within the same print run (Eg. The color of each individual printout in a single print run may differ from each other by up to 10%). It may also occur in separate print runs of the same artwork on separate occasions (Eg. When reprinting a print job using the same artwork used previously, colors may also differ by up to 10% even though the same artwork is being used.)
Art In Card are commited to deliver the size of printing products as per product description in our website. It’s natural for the trim line to vary slightly in one direction or the other with a slight variance of 0.01cm – 0.1cm. This is due to the tiny variance which inherent in mechanical printing. When machine cuts the final product, the blade cannot be guaranteed to be exactly in the same place for a large number of print products.
With every order, Art In Card will provide a digital mock up and 2 revision (Only wording and wording’s color can be changed. If additional mock ups are needed, artwork fee of RM60 will be applied. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the mock up for any misspellings or other errors. If everything looks right, please confirm with us that the artwork is ready for print. If we do no hear from you in a timely manner, the turnaround time can be subject to delays.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all wording in your printing product, and you must proofread all files carefully before conforming with us to print.
You agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. Art In Card is unable to print sexually explicit materials, including photographic genitals, and violently explicit materials.
It is unfortunate, but sometimes our vendors will run out of particular material. If this happens Art In Card can offer a variety of possible substitute products from other vendors, or you can choose to wait until the items are back in stock. If you choose to wait for the inventory to be replenished, then we cannot guarantee the turnaround time or that the items will be back in stock when the vendor says they will. If you choose a substitute material, then we should be able to stick to our typical turnaround time unless those material are out-of-stock as well.

Printing turnaround time
Printing turnaround time begins once your order has been placed. For wedding invites and stationery, Art In Card will send your proof within 2 to 4 working days, once your final proof is confirmed, it takes up to 3-4 working days for printing and production. For gift and decor, It takes up to 3-7 working days for production.
Normally it takes up to 2-20 working days depending location, but when the peak season, like Christmas or a long holiday, courier service might delay. Art In Card assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time.
Receiving Your Order
Art In Card encourage you to check the quantities and quality of the printing products you receive from us immediately. Art In Card cannot be held accountable for defects or problems with your order unless contacted within 48 hours of delivery.
Art In Card do not accept any return as every printing product is made to order and has different wedding details, once we have printed, we are unable to mend it or reuse. But, if you have any feedback about your print-out, kindly send in your feedback to firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a message on our Facebook page through Facebook messenger. We will check and rectify the issues as soon as possible. We will definitely take 100% full responsibility if we find out the wrong is on our end. Customers satisfaction and happiness are our utmost priority.
You can cancel your order before any works have started, but Art In Card will deduct a 30% cancellation fees from your refund. Please send us an email to email@example.com to check your status. Please take note that if your order is being processed (including proofing), it cannot be cancelled and we cannot process refunds too.
Art In Card design, artworks and images are the sole property of artincard.com. Legal action may result following the unauthorised reproduction of any designs or images on this website. Art In Card reserves the right to change any terms and conditions.
Our wish is that you will be completely satisfied with our products and services. If however you find any aspect of our product or service unsatisfactory, please get in touch, so that we can do our best to correct the problem.
